District "B" Magistrate's Court
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 19th, 2014 -- Micheal Phillip of Molyneaux Village was convicted for the offence of Armed With Offensive Weapon which was committed on 8th August 2013, and placed on a bond in the sum of $2000.00 for a period of twelve (12) months to keep peace and be of good behaviour.
Sheldon Augustus of Molyneaux Village was convicted for the offence of Simple Wounding which was committed on 8th August 2013 at Molyneaux Village, and placed on a bond in the sum of $2000.00 for a period of twelve (12) months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Elvert Davis alias "Ellie" of Old Road was convicted for the offences of Indecent Language and Insulting Language which were committed on 12th June 2013 at Old Road, and fined $600.00 for each offence which are to be paid by 28th February 2014, or in default will serve thirty days (30) in prison with hard labour.
