    ARRESTS

     

    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, March 13th, 2014  --  A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting and Throwing Missiles, which were committed on 6th March 2014.

    Dale "Scabby" Hazel of Challengers Village, St. Kitts was formally arrested and charged  for the offence of Building Breaking and Larceny which was committed between 1 and 2 March 2014 at Fort Tyson Rise, Frigate Bay.

    COURT CONVICTIONS
     
    District "A" Magistrate's Court
     
    Francisco Alberto George Reyes of Newtown was convicted for the offence of Aggravated Assault, which was committed on 1st February 2013, and fined $3000.00 which to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison.
     
    Stedman Adams of Buckley's was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 2nd July 2012, and fined $5000.00 for each offence which are to be paid within six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison for each offence.
     
    Elnnora Flaunders of Saddlers, Danscia Joseph of Stapleton Village and Shandelle Collins of Upper Monkey Hill were convicted for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, which was committed on 16th August 2013, and each were fined $750.00 which is to be paid with in one (1) month or in default will serve six (6) weeks in prison.
     
    District "B" Magistrate's Court
     
    Gerry Byran of Fig Tree, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 17th February 2014, and fined $2000.00 which is to be paid by 10th April 2014 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
