BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – FOR her consistency in the work environment, her punctuality and her bright smile, Oneka Fraser was recognized as Kajola Kristada’s Employee of the Month for January 2014.
An ecstatic Fraser explained that this is the first time she is receiving such recognition for the short time that she has been in the employ of the company. The woman of few words was all smiles when being interviewed by SKNVibes.
“I’m a bit happy and surprised at the same time because I wasn’t expecting this.”

Fraser has been in the employ of Kajola for approximately two years as a Line Operator.
Meanwhile Nerissa Wilson - one of the supervisors who selected Fraser - explained the process by which she was adjudged Employee of the Month.
“Two supervisors along with two line workers came up with a criteria that an employee must meet in order to become Employee of the Month,” Wilson Stated.
When asked about Ms. Fraser’s on-the-job performance, Wilson explained that she is a dedicated worker who strives for nothing but excellence.
“She is a very good worker who is different from everyone else… for me I like quality-orientated people and she has those traits.”
