BASSETERRE St. Kitts, April 3rd, 2014 -- Craig Halliday of Sprott Street was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Murder of Leon Westerman of Low Street, which was committed on 28th January 2008.
Bertanio Marsham of Half Way Tree was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Assault With Intent To Rob, which was committed on 11th December 2013 at Half Way Tree.
Livingston Browne of Upper Monkey Hill was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Malicious Damage and Larceny, which were committed on 27th March 2014.
Devon Jarvis of Lodge Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 29th March 2014.
