District "C" Magistrate Court
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, May 1st, 2014 -- Joseph Forbes of Bath Village was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 29th March 2014, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison.
Real Hendrickson of Bath Village was convicted for the offence of Receiving, which was committed on 13th February 2014, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison, however, no conviction will be recorded if the fine is paid.
A juvenile was convicted for the offence of Housebreaking and Larceny, which was committed on 31st January 2014, and ordered to pay $1000.00 in compensation to the victim, however, if the money is paid with in the specified period no conviction will be recorded.
