By: Terresa McCall, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - JUST hours after a young lady lost her life having suffered injuries from a traffic accident, the Federation grapples with news of yet another road fatality.

Public Relations Officer attached to the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Inspector Lyndon David has confirmed that a traffic accident occurred last evening (May 6) in Keys and it claimed the life of a man who resided at Lodge Project.

He said further information would be provided at a later time.

This publication however understands that the incident might have occurred sometime after 11:00 p.m. and that the individual - said to carry the surname “Cross” - was pronounced dead on the scene.

Since the year began, this is the fourth individual to lose his life as a result of being involved in a traffic accident, and this is the third fatal accident to have taken place within that space of time.
