BASSETERRE St. Kitts, May 15th, 2014 -- Cleon Doyling of Challengers was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Cultivation of Cannabis, which were committed on 12th May 2014.
Sylvester Stanley of Challengers was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Cultivation of Cannabis, which were committed on 12th May 2014, and Unlawful Possession, which was committed on 13/5/2014..
Shakeel Ryan of Lower Shaw Avenue was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 11/5/2014.
Jahkeen Walters of Upper Market street, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Driving Without Insurance, Driving Without A Valid or An Unexpired License, Taking A Vehicle Without The Consent Of The Owner and Driving An Unregistered Vehicle, which were committed on 12/5/2014 at Saddlers village.
A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Building Breaking with Intent, which was committed 09/5/2014.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "A" Magistrate's Court
Damion O'donoghue of Stapleton Village was convicted for the offence of Malicious Damage which was committed on 9/10/2013, and fined $675.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison.
District "B" Magistrate's Court
Chavez Nital of The Alley, Sandy Point was convicted for the offences of Riding A Pedal Cycle Without A Bell and Defective Brakes which were committed on 22/10/2013 at Sandy Point, and fined $150.00 for offence which are to be paid on 23/5/2014 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison.
Buanette Levine of Canada Estate was convicted for the offences of Careless Driving which was committed on 2/11/2013 at Dieppe Bay, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid by 30/5/2014 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
Neville Fahie of Newton Ground was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Seat Belt which was committed on 2/4/2013 at Sandy Point, and fined $200.00 forthwith or in default will fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
Timothy Abbott of Harris' Village was convicted for the offences Driving An Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving Without Insurance, and fined $200.00 for Driving An Unlicensed Vehicle, which is to be paid by 26/5/2014, or, in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour, and $750.00 for Driving Without Insurance which is to be paid by 13/6/2014, or, in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
