ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, May 16th, 2014 -- Kieshorna Johnson of Shadwell Estate was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Obstruction, Battery on Police, Malicious Damage and Resisting Arrest, which were committed on 14/5/2014.
Troy Huggins of Market Street was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 14/5/2014 at Charlestown.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "A" Magistrate Court
Petron Matthew of Shadwell Estate was convicted for the offence of Throwing Missiles, which was committed on 30th December 2013, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid by 14/05/2014 or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.
