ARRESTS
Rohan Isaac of Lovers Lane, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Disorderly Conduct by Fighting, which was committed on 20 June 2014 at bay Road Basseterre in the vicinity of C&C Supermarket.
Kylon Battice of Ponds Extension was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Disorderly Conduct by Fighting and Being Armed with an Offensive Weapon, which were committed on 20 June 2014 at Bay Road, Basseterre in the vicinity of C&C Supermarket.
COURT CONVICTIONS
DISTRICT "A" MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Dion Bridgewater of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Malicious Damage, and sentenced to five (5) months in prison with hard labour in prison, however, consideration to the time spent on remand.
DISTRICT "C" MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Garvin Herbert of Bath Village was convicted for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition which were committed at Cedar Trees, Charlestown on 22 December 2013, and sentenced to eight (8) years in prison with hard labour for Possession of Firearm and three (3) years in prison with hard labour for Possession of Ammunition; sentences will run concurrently.
Deon Walters of Stoney Grove was convicted for the offence of Possession of Fire arm and Possession of Ammunition which were committed at Cedar Trees, Charlestown on 22 December 2013, and sentenced to six (6) years in prison in prison for Possession of Fire arm and three (3) years in prison for Possession of Ammunition; sentences to run concurrently.
