WHO BAD AND WHO WUSS!

G.A. Dwyer Astaphan

I’m back from my little sabbatical.

Yesterday, the Douglas’ illegitimate government issued a press release in which the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) announced that :
    (i) it does not recognize Bitcoins as legal currency within the Citizenship by Investment Program of St. Kitts & Nevis;
(ii)  it processes applications only from licensed service providers; and
(iii) all transactions are conducted through internationally recognized banking institutions, using only the US dollar, the United Kingdom sterling, the European Union Euro, and the Eastern Caribbean dollar.

The press release ended with a caution by the CIU that it has begun investigating the matter, and that any company found to be engaged in the use of Bitcoins for St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship will be struck off the Register of licensed service providers.

Let’s now see who is bad and who is worse than bad. Who bad and who wuss!

There’s a website on the internet named ‘Passportsforbitcoins.com’.

On that website it’s stated clearly that “one St. Kitts company that is authorized by the government to submit citizenship applications is accepting Bitcoins for the required property investment and for all fees associated with acquiring St. Kitts (they didn’t bother to mention Nevis) citizenship”.

If my information is correct, I think the company said that it has conducted about 100 Bitcoins for St.Kitts & Nevis passports transactions thus far.

If the CIU is saying that such a practice is not allowed, but the company is telling the world that Bitcoins are accepted, and not just to pay for the property but also to pay “all fees associated with acquiring citizenship”, then something is wrong in between there.

The name of the company is ‘International Investments & Consulting Ltd’. It’s phone number is 466-8000, and it’s located at Frigate Bay, St. Kitts.

So the CIU doesn’t have far to go to find a company which admits, even advertizes, that it’s engaged in the use of Bitcoins for St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship.

Now, the Bitcoinsforpassports website has been up for some time, and  as at yesterday,  it was still up. So how could the CIU not know about it?

In addition, a conference held at a local hotel recently, called ‘The Liberty Forum’, was attended by some persons who have purchased St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship, and who are among the world’s leading and most vocal advocates for Bitcoins.

And, for sure,  Bitcoins were discussed by people attending the conference.

One of the holders of a St.Kitts & Nevis passport, is known as ‘Bitcoin Jesus’.

Another named Jeff Berwick, who was here for the conference, had the distinctly unpleasant experience of getting locked up by police one night while on the Frigate Bay Strip, and released after a phone call came down to the police from high.

Also present at that conference were top officials of the Douglas illegitimate gang.

So how could the illegitimate Douglas cabal not know about the Bitcoins matter and what’s been happening with International Investments & Consulting Ltd.

There’s no way I could’ve known about it before Douglas did.

So who is he trying to fool?

For the record, that company was formed in 2012 by Adam Bilzerian, a professional gambler who gave up his US passport and bought one of ours. He’s the son of Paul Bilzerian,  who has done prison time in the US for securities and tax crimes. This is not an attack on the gentleman. It’s just the truth.

Paul Bilzerian is involved with International Investments & Consulting Ltd.  Denzil Douglas knows that. Other members of his cabal know that. It’s they who have authorized the company to be a service provider.

And I’m told that Paul Bilzerian wouldn’t hesitate to tell you that he and Douglas are friends. So if you upset Mr. Bilzerian, don’t be surprised if he tells you that he’ll call Douglas for you.

So let’s see what Douglas will do with Bilzerian and the company. Let’s see who bad and who wuss!

Just as importantly, for their and your consideration, is this question: if Bitcoin is, and has always been, prohibited, then what about the 100 or so passports that are floating around the world as a result of Bitcoin real estate transactions in St. Kitts? Are they null and void?

If Douglas is bad, let him say so. Let him revoke them. There’s ‘bad’, and there’s ‘wuss’. And we’ll see the difference.

And what about “all fees associated with acquiring citizenship”? Those fees will include the due diligence fee, the administrative fee, the certificate of citizenship fee, the police certificate fee and the passport fees, assurance fund and registration fee, all of which are payable to  government.

If what International Investments and Consulting Ltd. says is true, then how does Douglas explain those payments to government which he says cannot be made in Bitcoins. Or has been the company accepting Bitcoins and making payments to DIG in cash?

The reality of the situation makes a nonsense of yesterday’s press release.

But there’s more to come on this. Be assured of that.

Meanwhile, it’s not only about the Bitcoin saga that I wish to examine the ‘bad and wuss’ thing.

There’s a fellow who goes around St. Kitts with a black bag. Call him ‘ the Black Bag Man’ (or ‘BBM’). He goes to Port Zante, to Frigate Bay, to big-time contractors, to new economic citizens, and so on. And he carries his bag with him.

The black bag is to hold the money that he begs and extorts from these people. And he demands cash only.

Just days ago, BBM learned that a certain business entity had collected $600,000.00, so he decided to pay the business a visit.

When the big man at the business was told that BBM was there to see him, he shook his head and muttered some ‘bad wud’.  But what really upset and angered him (although he dared not show his feelings) was when BBM told him that he wanted $150,000.00 out of the $600,000.00.

He reluctantly and fearfully agreed, and made arrangements for BBM to fill up his black bag with the $150,000.00. And after BBM left, the poor man said to one of his colleagues that BBM has to be the greediest man in St. Kitts.

Then he said: ” He playing bad, but he ain’t meet wuss yet. And he will meet wuss, because this has to end, one way or another.”

The man is correct. BBM’s shenanigans will soon all be revealed.
