    CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – TWO men pleaded guilty to minor traffic offences when they appeared today (Mar. 10) before Magistrate Yasmin Clarke in the Charlestown Magistrate’s Court.

     

    Steve Browne of Cotton Ground was charged with driving a motor cycle without license, insurance and registration. He told the court that it was a mistake and he obeys the law at all times. He said that the vehicle was insured but someone had made a mistake and put the insurance on another bike that he sold. He was cautioned by the magistrate.

     

    Donford Martin, of Ramsbury was charged with driving without a license, without insurance and using a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was fined $500 for each offence and must make full payment within three months or spend one month in jail. He was represented by Jeffrey Nisbett.
