Basseterre, St.Kitts - St.Kitts-Nevis nationals residing in the US Virgin islands, particularly St.Thomas and St.Croix, will get an opportunity to meet with the leadership of the country’s main opposition party the People’s Action Movement PAM this weekend.
Mr. Lindsay Fitz-Patrick Grant party Leader along with his Deputy’s the Hon. Shawn K. Richards and Mr. Eugene Hamilton will be in St.Thomas on Friday and on the neighbouring St. Croix on Saturday.
The PAM leaders will meet with nationals at the French Town Community Centre in St.Thomas on Friday March 20th at 6pm sharp. The St.Kitts-Nevis opposition party leaders will then journey to St.Croix the following day on Saturday 21st March where they will meet nationals there at Gertrude’s Restaurant on the HESS Road at 7pm sharp.
The townhall meeting is being hosted by nationals of St.Kitts-Nevis living in the Virgin Islands.
The Leaders will use the opportunity to bring nationals up to date with the issues and concerns of nationals back home as well as those of their party. They will also give the gathering further insight to the party’s plans for the development and progression of the country after being elected to office come the next General Elections.
The PAM leaders will be participating in and initiating similar events in the British Virgin Island, St.Maarten, the UK and North America in Miami and New York.
