    The general public is advised of the following traffic arrangements for the Miss St. Kitts Queen Pageant, Senior Calypso finals and Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Show, on December 28th, 29th and 30th respectively,   at Sugar Mill and Children Carnival on December 31st.

     

    1. No parking will be permitted on the eastern side of Victoria Road between the Basseterre High School and the Old Boy School.

     

    2. Traffic will flow northwards only along Victoria Road, ie towards the Moravian church direction.

     

    3. Traffic will flow eastwards only along Lozack Road.

     

    4. General parking will be at the Basseterre High School Playfield.

     

    5. Sponsors and other officials with the relevant parking passes will park in a specially designated place at the BHS.

     

    6. Only persons with the relevant parking pass will be permitted to park in Warner Park.

     

    7. Restrictions will be effective from 6:00 pm nightly.

     

    8. Security will be provided for vehicles parked at the BHS grounds until half hour after the shows.

     

    Traffic signs will be posted and officers will be on duty to enforce these restrictions. Your co-operation is solicited.

     

    Please note the revised route for the Children's Parade Dec 31st:

     

    Route for Children’s Carnival:- 

     

     Start at Dr. William Connor School

     

     Right on to Cayon Street

     

     Right on to Church Street

     

     Left on Liverpool Row

     

     Left on to Fort Street

     

     Right on to Cayon Street

     

     Right on to West Independence Street

     

     Right onto the Bay Road

     

     Right on to Fort St up Victoria Road to the Sugar Mill
