The Nevis Island Administration and Federal Cabinets to meet on Wednesday

(CHARLESTOWN,NEVIS- TUESDAY, MARCH 24TH,2009) The Nevis Island Administration (NIA) and the St. Kitts-Nevis Federal Government will hold a Joint Cabinet meeting, at the Marriott Hotel in St. Kitts on the morning of Wednesday, March 25th, 2009.
A number of issues are expected to be discussed when the Cabinet of the Nevis Reformation Party (NRP) led Nevis Island Administration of Hon. Joseph Parry meet with the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party Federal Cabinet of Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas.
Although the issues for discussion have not been disclosed it is expected that matters dealing with National Security, Local Financial Crisis and the Four Seasons Resort layoff will be discussed.
Wednesday’s meeting will be the first Joint Cabinet meeting for the year.
