BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 4th, 2015 -- Road Safety NoticeThe motoring public who will be using the Old Road Bay this is asked to drive with due care and caution, a number of large rocks have fallen on the section of the road which is closer to Old Road, about 7:25 pm last night (2 February 2015).
The road has since been clared of the fallen rocks to make it passable, however, there still remain a number of them on both sides of the road.
Traffic cones have been place around the rocks to indicate to motorist the hazard that is in the area.
Motorists are also informed that some time during the today (3 February 2015), there might heavy equipment in the area removing the rocks and conducting any other work that is necessary.
