    ARRESTS

     

    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 4th, 2015  --  Donelle Jacobs of Lower Monkey Hill was formally arrested and charged for five (5) counts of Receiving, which were committed on 19th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th November 2014.

    Quinton Connor of St. Paul Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Praedial Larceny, which were committed on 17th, 18th and 19th January 2015.

    Dequan Maloney of Irish Town was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Obstructing A Police Officer While Executing His Duty, Under The Drug Act, which was committed on 30th January 2015.

    Dwayne Hobson of Keys Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Aggravated Assault, which was committed on 29th January 2015.

    TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

    The Traffic Department is investigating a report traffic accident which occurred at Lower Malone Avenue at around 12:51 pm on 31st January 2015 and resulted in one person being transported to the hospital.

    Initial investigations revealed that Motor Car RA 360 owned by Courtesy Rent A Car and driven by Yvette Samantha Charles was travelling from Upper to Lower Malone Avenue, when Motor Jeep P323 owned by Ugenie Petty and driven by Doreen Petty turned left onto Malone Avenue and both vehicles collided, The driver of RA360 was injured and transported to the hospital for medical attention. 

    Man Drives off Seabridge into Sea

    Officers of Frigate Bay Police Station are investigating a traffic accident that occurred in the vicinity of the Pier at Majors Bay on 1st February 2015 at around 7:15 pm, which resulted in one person being transported to the hospital.  

    Initial investigations revealed that Pick Up Truck Number P4929 owned and driven by Desmond Hazel of Lime Kiln, drove off the Sea Bridge roll off ramp and into the sea. Mr Hazel was transported to JNF Hospital for treatment
