On behalf of the Independent Liberal Party and on behalf of my family and myself, I wish to extend congratulations to you and your Team Unity coalition on your hard fought and well deserved victory at Monday’s polls.
Having monitored developments leading up to the polls, and having now seen the outcome of those elections, the people of St Kitts/Nevis must be commended for their resolve to ensure that their will is demonstrated. It may sound cliché, but believe me when I say that to those of us who are facing challenges very similar to what the people of St Kitts/Nevis have been put through in the last few weeks, your people have provided us with the inspiration to hold on to our faith and to keep on fighting the good fight.
I wish you and your government a very successful term in office; may you achieve all of the goals you have set both personally and for your country; and may the people of St Kitts and Nevis experience happiness and prosperity in all their days ahead.
