    ARRESTS

     

    Rodney Baptise of Walwyn Avenue, the driver of HA 224  was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Refusing To Give His Name and Reckless Driving, which were committed on the Bay Road at 4:00 pm on Tuesday 2nd June 2015. Baptiste was granted bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Thursday 4th June 2015.

     

    Keithroy Duncan of Shadwell Estate was formally arrested and charged offence of Possession of Crack/Cocaine, which occurred on June 3rd, 2015.
      
    COURT CONVICTIONS

    District "B" Magistrate's Court
     
    Mary Agatha Challenger of Lodge Village was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis,  Supplying and Cultivation of Cannabis which were committed on 27th May 2014 at Charles Ground St. Paul Village, and fined $2,000.00 for the offence of Supplying, $1,500.00 for the offence of Cultivation of Cannabis which are to be paid by 30 June 2015 or default will serve thirty day in prison with hard labour. she was reprimanded and discharged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis. 

     Kevin Pedereaux of Main Street, Old Road who was convicted for the offence of Driving without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 22nd November 2014 along the Island Main Road at Boyd’s village, and fined of $600.00 which is to be paid by 14th June 2015 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
     
    Ashton Williams of Carse Avenue, St. Paul Village was convicted for the offences of Riding A Bicycle Without Warning Device and Riding Bicycle Without A White Light At Night which was committed on 17th March 2014 at St. Paul Village, and fined of $100.00 for each offence which are to be paid by 14th June 2015 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
     
    Ishan Leader of Leaders Avenue St. Paul Village was convicted for the offence of Riding A Bicycle Without A White Light At Night which was committed on 17th March 2014 at St. Paul Village, fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 14th June 2015 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
     
    Niall Francis of Willetts Estate, St. Paul Village was convicted for the offences of Riding Bicycle Without Warning and Riding Bicycle Without A White Light At Night which was committed on 17th March 2014 at St. Paul Village, and fined of $100.00 for each offence which are to be paid by 14th June 2015 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
