JUNE 18th, 2015 -- The TDC Group of Company's Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Maritza Bowry as a Director of the company. Ms. Bowry, who is already a member of the Executive Leadership Team at the company has served in the position of Group Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of all the Company’s subsidiaries since February 2014 and will continue to be responsible for Finance, Accounting and Credit matters of the TDC Group. She has also served as Company Secretary for the last fourteen years.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
We congratulate Ms. Bowry on her appointment and look forward to her continued valuable contributions to the development of the TDC Group.
