ARREST:
Kevin Edwards of Hermitage Village, Cayon was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for committing the offences of (1) driving without a vehicle policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risk, (2) driving vehicle without holding a valid driver's license and (3) driving without having obtained the relevant license. The incident was committed on September 12th 2015.
Lionel French alias "Bush" of Saddlers Village was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for committing the offences of threatening language and indecent language, which occurred at Saddlers Village on 10th September 2015. French received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Courts on Monday 5th October 2015.
Alfred Brown of St Paul was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for committing the offences of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of cannabis, which occurred on 12th September 2015 at Back Street, St. Pauls. Browne received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Dieppe Bay Majistrate Court on October 5th 2015.
Shaqiuel Liburd of Need Must was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for committing the offences of Battery, and threatening language, which was committed on Friday 4th September 2015 at Needmust bus stop.
