Monday 21st September, 2015, Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis -- Digicel launched an exciting new promotion called, Quick Credit, which means customers who run out of credit are able to make calls, activate plans or send text messages until they can top up later.
Prepaid customers will be able to access EC$2.50 worth of credit when their balance goes below EC$1 by simply dialing *131# which can then be used to carry out a number of transactions including making calls, sending text messages and even activating a one day 4G data plan.
Digicel St. Kitts and Nevis Marketing Executive, Tishanna Jeffers, said; “We know that our customers may have to make an important call or activate their plans but may not have the available credit at that moment. So, we are excited to introduce the Quick Credit promotion so that they can access EC$2.50 worth of credit so that they can do more with Digicel.”
On the next top up transaction, the Quick Credit and an EC$0.25 activation fee will be deducted from the customer’s balance. Quick Credit transactions can be done once on the same mobile number until the quick credit has been repaid.
