BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THREE men are said to be the victims of a shooting incident that took place last evening (Oct. 11) in the Buckley’s area.
This publication understands that the incident occurred sometime after 10:00 p.m. near the south eastern exit of the Caribbean Cinemas in the vicinity of a shed under which barbeque is prepared and sold.
Details about the incident were not available to this media house at press time. However, it is understood that the victims, one of whom was reportedly shot in the buttock, was taken to the Joseph N. France General Hospital for medical treatment.
Attempts to contact the Acting Commissioner of Police Stafford Liburd concerning the incident were futile.
