The Candidates for the Nevis Reformation Party in the upcoming elections along with members of the executive of the Party attended the Combermere Methodist Church on Sunday 2nd October 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Patricia Hanley (candidate for St Georges) also read a scripture lesson in what can be termed an inspirational service.
Members attending included Mr. Joseph Parry (Party leader and Candidate for St Thomas) Hensley Daniel (Deputy Party Leader and Candidate for St Johns), Patrice Nisbett (Candidate for St James), Patricia Hanley (candidate for St Georges) Robelto Hector (Candidate for St Pauls.) Other party members on hand included Lywelyn Parris, Mrs. Sonita Daniel, Mrs. Marva Parris and Ron Daniel.
Mr. Joseph Parry commented that this visit was just one visit of a number of visits that they have made to churches across the island including the Shiloh Baptist Church in Ramsbury, the Gingerland Wesleyan Holiness Church, the Gingerland Anglican Church and others. He commented that the church visits were a nice way for the members of the party to come together at a central place to worship God with different members of the Nevisian community.
