ARRESTS:
Troy Francis of Cayon was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply. Incident occurred on October 12th 2015 at Prickley Pear Alley.
Francis received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on November 2nd 2015.
Ronrick Herbert of Upper Fiennes Avenue was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which occurred on 12thOctober 2015.
