COURT CONVICTION:
Fifty nine (59) old Mervin Pringle of Gibbons Hill Dieppe Bay who was charged with the offences of Threatening Language and Assault, committed on 18th December 2014 at Parsons Village was convicted and fined $300.00 on each charge to be paid by 19th November 2015 or in default thirty (30) days in prison at hard labour.
Curtis Isaac of Westbourne Street, who was convicted for the offence of larceny of items from the Tucker Clarke Primary School on 2nd June 2015 to the total of $1309.40 EC, was sentenced to two years imprisonment.
FORMALLY ARRESTED AND CHARGED:
Craig Warner of The Alley Sandy Point was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Malicious Damage to one door for the value of $500.00 EC. Warner received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate District "B" Court on Monday 2nd November 2015
Trevor Hector of Fenton Hill, Gingerland was formally arrested, cautioned and charged for the offence of Larceny, which was committed on 4th July 2015.
A 17 years old female of Camps Village was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence of wounding. The incident was committed on the 19th October, 2015 at Taylors Village.
She received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at Basseterre Juvenile Sitting on November, 16th 2015.
