The Honourable Prime Minister and Minister responsible for Finance, Sustainable Development, National Security and People’s Empowerment will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Stamp (Amendment) Bill, 2015; Insurance (Amendment) Bill, 2015; and Criminal Procedures (Amendment) Bill, 2015.
The Honourable Vincent F. Byron Jr, Attorney General and Minister responsible for Justice and Legal Affairs, Elections and Communications will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Evidence (Amendment) Bill, 2015; Administration of Small Estates (Amendment) Bill, 2015; Tenure of Office of Prime Minister Bill, 2015.
The Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Health, National Health Insurance, Human Settlements, Community Development, Gender Affairs, Social Services, Land and Cooperatives will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time The Fisheries Bill, 2015.
The Honourable Minister of Public Infrastructure, Posts, Urban Development and Transport will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time The St. Kitts Electricity Supply (Amendment) Bill, 2015.
The Honourable Vance Amory, Senior Minister and Minister Responsible for Ecclesiastical Affairs will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Pentecostal Church of God (Incorporation) Bill, 2015.
The Honourable Prime Minister will move the second reading of Stamp (Amendment) Bill, 2015 and the Honourable Vance Amory will move the second reading of Pentecostal Church of God (Incorporation) Bill, 2015.
