ARREST:
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, December 10th, 2015 -- Omari Gilbert of Market Street was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Obstruction and indecent language. The incident took place on the 8th December 2015 at Market Street.
Gilbert received bail and is schedule to make an appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on January 4th 2016.
Ishan Gumbs alias WIZ of Rawlins Avenue, St Pauls was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession with Intent to Supply. The incident took place December 8th 2015.
COURT CONVICTIONS:
Kimborough Hendrickson of Cardin Avenue who was found guilty for Possession of Cannabis and Cultivation of cannabis, was convicted for the offences and was fined $8550.00 Ec forthwith or twelve (12) months in Her Majesty’s Prison on the Cultivation of Cannabis charge and no further penalty on the Possession of Cannabis charged.
