December 15th, 2015 -- Royston Collins was a good and kind man. We here at Royal Utilities have cherished his company for several years now. He was always happy and kind to all. He was a good worker and a good man, always respectful to everyone.
It appears that he was struck down by a vehicle on the main road going up Monkey Hill, by the mango tree. No one has come forward admitting to the cause of this tragedy.
After meeting with his mother and family, seeing the devastating emotions she is going through, we wish to help in any way we can for this lady.
We are posting a reward to the person that comes forward with information to assist the police in identifying the person responsible for this tragedy.
