BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – LESS than 12 hours after a 24-year-old was shot in St. Paul’s, the Federation is forced to deal with news of the murder of yet another of its young men.
SKNVibes has been informed that the shooting incident occurred in the Cayon area sometime before 9:00 a.m. today (Jan. 14).
Details about the incident are not altogether clear, but this publication was reliably informed that the victim is a former member of the St. Kitts and Nevis Defence Force named Vancito Dore of Cayon.
He was reportedly shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
Investigations are being made and further details will be provided as they become available.
This is the first murder to be recorded within the Federation since the commencement of 2016.
