The St. Kitts and Nevis Hotel & Tourism Association presents a new President And a new Board of Directors

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, January 15, 2016 – A new President and Board of Directors of the St. Kitts and Nevis Hotel & Tourism Association (SKNHTA) was elected at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort on Tuesday 10 November, 2015. The new board is now responsible for guiding the operations of the SKNHTA during the term 2015 – 2017.
2015 - 2017 Board of Directors are as follows:
- President - Johan Kelly, Belle Mont Farm, Kittitian Hill
- Vice President St. Kitts - Richard Boon, Timothy Beach
- Vice President Nevis - Steve Tyson, Paradise Beach Nevis
- Hotel Director St. Kitts - Jacques Hamou , St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino
- Hotel Director St. Kitts – Christopher Ghita, Ocean Terrace Inn
- Hotel Director Nevis - Alistair Forrest, Nisbett Planation Inn
- Hotel Director Nevis - Richard Lupinacci, The Hermitage
- Allied Director St. Kitts- Pauline Horton, Serendipity Restaurant
- Allied Director St.Kitts – Jessica Dupre, Leeward Islands Charters
- Allied Director Nevis – Greg Phillip, GMP Graphics and Printing
- Allied Director Nevis – Ernie France, TDC Ltd
- Nicolas Menon – Immediate Past President who served in this role during 2009-2015
“I am honoured to have been chosen by the members of the SKNHTA to serve as President for the next two years, “said Ms. Kelly, “I look forward to continuing my work hard on behalf of the members to bring meaningful contribution to the association.” She also went on to congratulate and welcome new comers to the Board Christopher Ghita, general manager of the Ocean Terrace Inn, Mrs. Jessica Dupre-McDaniel of the Leeward Island Charters and Ms. Pauline Horton, owner and manager of Serendipity Restaurant. A special thanks was also expressed on behalf of the Board to Peter Dupre and Richard Williams for the invaluable service they have rendered to the Board and the association over the past few years.
