Premier League, Division 1 football action restarts Saturday night

    Basseterre, St. Kitts, 16th January 2016 - Football action returns to the Warner Park Football Stadium on Saturday, January 16, in a daring triple-header between teams determined to advance in the St. Kitts-Nevis Football Association Premier League.

     

    The first of the round 2 matches begins at 4 p.m. when Rivers of Living Water comes up against Bath United out of Nevis. The second match is at 6 p.m. with Fast Cash SPD United taking on SOL Island Auto Conaree, and the final match takes place between RAMS Village Superstars and S. L. Horsford St. Paul’s United.

    Meanwhile, Division 1 matches also restart today at the Bath Village Playing Field at 3 p.m., when Hard Times takes on Security Forces United, officiated by Dymon Parris, O’Brian Clarke and Lenroy Parris.

    In the Elvis Star Browne Women’s League, also at 3 p.m., January 16, SOL Island Auto Conaree takes on Bath United in a match to be officiated by Reginald Gumbs, Jasmine Charles and Saskyia Parris.

    There will be no Premier League matches on Sunday, but the football encounters will continue at Warner Park on Tuesday 19, at 6 p.m., when Winners Circle Newtown United competes against ELCO Limited St. Peter’s, and at 8 p.m., LIME 4G Cayon Rockets clash with Hobson’s Enterprises Garden Hotspurs.

    So, there is no shortage of action for football fans, who simple must turn out in numbers to support favourite players and teams, in what is expected to be exciting action all around.
