BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A senior police officer has revealed that the drivers of the vehicles involved in yesterday’s (Jan. 17) in Sandy Point have suffered broken bones and are detained at the Joseph N. France General Hospital.
Commander of ‘B’ Division Superintendent Cromwell Henry told SKNVibes that the accident occurred at about 4:30 p.m. near the road that leads to Brimstone Hill Fortress.

The impact left both drivers injured and they were taken to the hospital by another ambulance.
Superintendent Henry informed that both drivers suffered broken bones to areas including ribs and legs and had remained at the hospital for treatment.
A passenger aboard the ambulance, Gordon Woodley of Sandy Point, “also sustained injuries and was treated at the said Hospital and discharged”.
