Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 10, 2016, (RSCNPF): Below is a report of Arrests, Convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period September 5-7.
ARREST AND BAIL:
Arrested: Kimron Browne of New Town was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
Arrested/Bailed: Miguel Maynard of Key's Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for Possession of Cannabis and Possession with Intent to Supply. Bailed: Miguel Maynard of Keys Village who was arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis and Possession with Intent to Supply was granted bail in the sum of $5000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate's Court on 03rd October.
Arrested/Bailed: Winston Crooke of Beach Street, Ponds Pasture was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for Driving when not covered by Insurance which was committed on 5th September 2016. Bailed: Winston Crooke of Beach Street, Ponds Pasture who was charged with the offence of Driving without insurance in the sum of $5,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on the 8th September, 2016.
Arrested/Bailed: Nipchien Morton of Ottley's was arrested, formally charged and caution for Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply. Bailed: Nipchien Morton who was arrested for possession of cannabis was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 E.C.C for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday the 3rd of October, 2016.
Arrested/Bailed: Annette Phillip of Buckleys Housing was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence wounding with intent, Bailed: Annette Phillip was granted bail in the sum of $5,000,00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 3rd October, 2016.
Bailed: Xavier Corey Francis of Conaree Village who was charged for the offence of Possession of Firearm was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 8th September. 2016.
Bailed: Ali Morton Of Hermitage Village Cayon who was arrested and charged with the offences Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply in the sum of $5,000,00 E.C.C for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 3rd October, 2016 at 9o'clock in the forenoon.
COURT CONVICTIONS:
In matters at the Basseterre Magistrate Court presided over by His Honour Mr. Benjamin, in the matter, The Chief of Police vs Calvin Grant alias "Big Cheese" of Temple Alley Basseterre the defendant was convicted and sentenced to six (6) months on both charges of Larceny which were committed at the King Pavilion Supermarket.
OTHER ACTIVITY:
HOUSE BREAKING AND LARCENY: Police is investigating a breaking and larceny in the Frigate Bay area, residents stated that they secured the property and left. Some unknown person gained entry and stole a number valuable items, the scene was process investigations are on-going.
Traffic Accidents: There were (3) traffic accidents on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts on 6th September 2016.
