The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Nevis Disaster Management Department (NDMD) are coordinating on a project to erect Tsunami-related signs island-wide on both islands, during this month.
The signs are part of the strengthening of an ongoing Tsunami Ready programme of activities on St. Kitts and Nevis. Please note, a tsunami is not expected, therefore, residents should not panic.
More information in support of the signs being erected, will be provided to the public in coming days.
