Regrettably, we announce the death of Dorothy Elizabeth Hobson also known as Dossie Hobson of Webbe’s Ground, Gingerland at the age of 75 years. The sad event took place on Tuesday 26th.

Ms Hobson is survived by:-

2 Sons: Carlyle Winford Hobson, also known as Carolly and Hartley Hobson also known as Tumba at home;

1 Adopted Son: Herrick Henriquez in Curacao.

4 Grand Children: Sadie Hobson in the USA, Karen and Kelvin Hobson and Glenroy Hobson, also known as Cock at home;

1 Great Grand Child

2 Brothers: George Hobson in the USA and Rolston Hobson at home;

2 Sisters: Gertrude Hobson in England and Margery Wench in St. Kitts;

1 Brother-in-Law: Wilfred Welch in St. Kitts;

10 Nieces: Emerald, Beverly, Lorraine and Gillian in England, Deslyn and Vernie in the USA, Patricia and Sybil in St. Kitts and Gillian at home;

4 Nephews: Leroy, Wilfred Jr., and Nigel in the USA and Derrick in St. Kitts;

Special Friends: The Vlietman and Henriquez Families of Curacao, Aruba and Holland, Anora Paulina in Curacao, Cicely Grell-Hull in St. Kitts, Hon. Marjorie Morton, Georgette Williams, Sylvia Ward, Maude Crosse, Lear English, Dawn Daniel, Joycelyn and Abonatti Liburd, Paulette Walters, Fanny Nicholls, Sandra Claxton, Sam Webbe and the Employees at Webbe’s Metal Works.

The funeral service for the late Dorothy Elizabeth Hobson, also known as Dossie Hobson will be held on Thursday 4th at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church at 3.00p.m. and the interment will be at the Bath Cemetery.  The body of the late Dorothy Elizabeth Hobson, also known as Dossie Hobson can be viewed at the church as from 2.30p.m.
