Description
ALL THAT lot piece or parcel of land being part of Conaree and Muddy Pond Estate situate in the Parish of St. Peter in the Island of Saint Christopher aforesaidcontaining by admeasurement 15,363 square feet bounded and measuring as follows, that is to say:- On or towards the North- East by Conaree Estate, 100 feet; On or towards the South- East by Lot No. 18, 137.4 feet; On or towards the SouthWest by an Estate Road, 105.4 feet; and On or towards the North- West by Lot No. 16, 166.9 feet all as the same is delineated and described on the survey plan thereof dated the 10th day of December, 1992 made by Calvin R. Esdaille, Licensed Land Surveyor of the Island of Saint Christopher, and attached to the Indenture of Conveyance in favour of Roosevelt Richards and Angela Richards dated 5th October, 1994 and recorded as Deed No. 9124 in Liber M Volume 7 at Folios 4362-4373 of the Register of Deeds for the Island of Saint Christopher.
