The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar and provides extra seating when needed. Just around the corner to the right of the kitchen is a spacious pantry with built-in shelves for maximum storage. On the opposite side of the pantry is a powder room.
The third level of this home encapsulates three well designed bedrooms, all tastefully outfitted with the ideal bedroom furnishings, and all with their own private en suites and balconies. The Master bedroom contains a large walk-in closet, and the bathroom has both shower and bath. Also, on this level is a substantial laundry with washer/dryer and a double wash sink.
Serenity Villa has a tremendous amount of outdoor and curb appeal. An open patio that is perfect for outdoor entertaining.
