Just a couple of hours before morning breaks and Constituency Number Five's voters are still wondering when the first set of results would be declared.

By this time, results should have begun coming in but they have not yet begun to flow in. Information reaching SKNVibes indicates that candidates and officials are awaiting to release of early-vote ballot boxes from the Commissioner of Police's office. After that is done, the ballots would be taking to their counting stations and counted.
