CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR IMPROVING THE INTEGRITY AND FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY IN THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN CURRENCY UNION
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, the Executing Agency for an ECCU Financial Sector Reform Project funded by the CDB, wishes to procure consultancy services for Improving the Integrity and Financial Transparency in the ECCU, i.e. strengthening the regulatory framework for AML/CFT in the ECCU. Interested eligible consulting firms are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of these consultancy services. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of thirty-three (33) months.

Expressions of Interest must be received by electronic mail to the first address below no later than 3:00 p.m. Friday October 9, 2020 and copied simultaneously to CDB at the second address below. The subject line of the email for each submission should state: “Expression of Interest – Consultancy Services for Improving the Integrity and Financial Transparency in the ECCU”
Following the assessment of submissions via quality Based Selections, a short-list of not less than three and not more than six applicants will be provided with full terms of reference and invited to submit technical and financial proposals to undertake the assignment. The ECCB reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel the present invitation partially or in its entirety. It will not be bound to assign any reason for not short-listing any applicant and will not defray any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.
