 Job Description

    The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 65 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region. Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of MANAGER-INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY


    REPORTS TO: Deputy General Manager-Administration


    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Manager Information Technology directs and supervises the staff of the Technology Department and is responsible for strategic technological direction, organizing, implementing, and maintaining the organizations’ technology infrastructure and ensures that it is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.


    • Ability to analyse and interpret processing network related changes and communicate the potential impacts on the organisation’s systems and processes;


    • Ensures that the organisation’s systems remain compliant with PCI Card standards;


    • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures, information security and control structures;


    • To maintain the company wide security policy as it relates to the secure access of information;


    • To ensure that the required systems are fully functional to ensure efficient operations of all departments;


    • To provide accurate and reliable information to external parties;


    • To ensure that all data processing tasks are performed on schedule and are accurate;


    • To respond to request for queries or data within as per the established Service Level Agreements;


    • To identify new initiatives or enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency or provide additional services;


    • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes;


    • To ensure that Systems staff are fully trained on all major applications deployed by the company;


    • To provide daily monitoring, coaching and mentoring to department staff to ensure that the department goals are being met;


    • To provide management with ongoing updates on projects status;


    • To identify and recommend enhancements with a view to increasing efficiency and profitability;


    • Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures;


    • Provides feedback on strategic technological improvements to improve the efficiency of operations of the company;

    HOURS OF WORK
    8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


    • A Master’s degree in business administration, network security, computer science or another field would be an asset plus five years proven working experience as an IT Manager;


    • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field plus seven years proven working experience as an IT Manager ;


    • Familiarity with implementing and maintaining PCI DSS and PCI Pin security requirements;


    • Excellent understanding of Visa MasterCard processing networks;


    • Proven expertise in card processing data centre management and data governance;


    • Hands-on experience managing card processing implementations and infrastructure;


    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems;


    • Ability to effectively lead and manage personnel;


    SALARY
    Salary
    commensurate with qualifications and experience.
