CAGE (St. Kitts-Nevis) Ltd., is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of General Manager, according to the following criteria:
Job Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of CAGE St. Kitts-Nevis Ltd. (“CAGE St.Kitts-Nevis” or “Company”) through the execution of the Company’s strategic goals, policies, procedures and annual operating budget. Duties include managing its profit and loss by managing staff, and establishing and accomplishing agreed upon business objectives. Also required to facilitate a high level of productivity and a harmonious industrial relations climate. May be required to travel regionally or extra-regionally as required. Maintains and supports effective staff and customer relations.
Education and Work Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field from a recognized academic institution, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a middle to senior management level position, with P&L responsibility for a business unit.
• In lieu of formal qualifications, a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a middle to senior management level position, with some P&L responsibility for a business unit.
• Certificate in Computer Applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of or experience in the Gaming or Leisure Industry.
• Knowledge of local Labor and Gaming Laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Develops strategic plans for local operations by studying market, technological and financial opportunities, presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.

• Establishes procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services, policies and practices; coordinates actions with corporate headquarters.
• Serves as liaison between corporate office and local governmental and non-governmental institutions.
• Reviews operations of venues as required.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, reports and analysis, as required.
• Provides counseling and assistance as necessary to employees.
• Performs any related duties, to ensure or facilitate effective and efficient operations.
