Job Title:    AUTOMOTIVE DETAILER

Reports To: OPERATIONS MANAGER

SUMMARY:  

Bullseye Auto Rental is the premier rental car company in St. Kitts, and has been the company of choice for locals and visitors to the island since its inception 19 years ago. We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team of tenured employees who excels at communication and aligns with our core values.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles before customer turn-over

- Perform tasks such as washing, polishing, vacuuming, waxing, and use of various cleaning products and tools to achieve a pristine and professional finish including surface, tire, and window cleaning.

- Treating and removing stains from carpets, upholstery and hard vehicle surfaces

- Capably and reliably working on your own and with peers respectfully and efficiently.

- Pick-up and drop-off customers from airport, hotels, and various other areas on the island as required in a courteous and friendly manner.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST be able to work weekends, holidays, and beyond 5pm depending on flight schedules.

- Valid driver’s license

- Clean driving record

- Professional and customer-service focused

- Detail oriented with a sharp eye to ensure a spotless finish

- Positive disposition, friendly, and gets along well with others regardless of background

- Ability to comfortably lift up to 60 pounds.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Training provided: Wiper blade and windshield fluid top-up, air in tires, wheel removal

COMPENSATION:

Base salary + end of year bonus based on performance. Holiday pay. 100% of Social Security contributions covered by employer after end of probationary period.
