Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Reports To: OPERATIONS MANAGER
SUMMARY:
Bullseye Auto Rental is the premier rental car company in St. Kitts, and has been the company of choice for locals and visitors to the island since its inception 19 years ago. We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team of tenured employees, who excels at communication and aligns with our core values.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Greet customers when they arrive to the island at the airport or in the office.
- Prepare rental contracts, issue temporary drivers permits, keep required log, and respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and friendly manner.
- Pickup and drop-off customers from the airport, hotels, and various other areas on the island as required in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Perform financial transactions including cash, payment links, and credit card payments.
- Capable of working on your own and with a peer respectfully and efficiently.
- Balance the daily cash receipts and prepare the daily reports on activities for management.
- Effective communication - communicating promptly, regularly, and with clarity with customers and peers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree. Subject Requires (O level or higher): Math and English
- Customer service oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent.
- High proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, and comfortable using fleet management software.
- Positive disposition, friendly, and gets along well with others regardless of background.
- Strong interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST be able to work weekends, holidays, and beyond 5pm depending on flights.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional and customer-service oriented.
COMPENSATION:
Base salary + end of year bonus based on performance. 100% of Social Security contributions covered by employer after end of probationary period.
