- Evaluating the stone characteristics, such as colour, clarity, cut, and carat weight

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- complete knowledge of all kinds of Gemstones and birth stones.

- Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing expert advice on gemstone purchases   and investments

- Educating clients about gemstones, their properties, and the there significance

- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
