This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead our sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and grow our brand both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead, build, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company growth targets.
. Design and maintain effective reporting structures and sales bonus programs.
. Drive business development, forge new partnerships, and expand market reach.
. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
. Represent Old Road Rum at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications:
. Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or spirits industry.
. Demonstrated success in building, developing, and managing teams.
. Experience in designing and maintaining reporting systems and sales incentive programs.
. Solid knowledge of rum and the rum-making process.
. Proficient in Excel and sales reporting tools.
. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead.
. Must possess a valid drivers license.
