The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC), a premier private sector enterprise with a strong presence across multiple industries in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and the region, is seeking applications from accomplished and forward-thinking professionals for the full-time role of CHIEF FINANCIAL AND OPERATING OFFICER (CFOO).
About the role:
The Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO) will direct the Group’s financial operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure compliance with international standards. The role includes leadership of key functions such as customer service, IT and innovation, and talent management. The CFOO will support organizational expansion, collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership, and serve as acting CEO when required.
What you will do:
• Lead financial planning, strategy, and policy development to ensure long-term growth, profitability, and compliance.
• Lead core financial functions including reporting, audits, treasury, capital adequacy, and risk management.
• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and strong shareholder returns.
• Execute the Group’s Financial Re-engineering Strategy and support business expansion.
• Provide strategic leadership across key departments: Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT and HR
• Promote innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making through IT and business intelligence.
• Ensure alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and the Group’s mission and values.
• Champion talent development, employee engagement, and high-performance culture.
What we are looking for:
• Master’s degree and relevant professional certification required.
• 10–15 years senior leadership experience, including CFO/COO roles.
• Expertise in strategic finance, budgeting, compliance, and risk management.
• Skilled in ERP, financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Office/AI tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional business knowledge.
