THE ROLE
The Corporate Support Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Corporate Supervisor in delivering high-quality corporate services. This role is responsible for managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and efficient handling of client and regulatory communications. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in line with Trident’s core values.
DUTIES
. Assist Corporate Administrators with daily corporate services functions.
. Review and prioritize incoming emails and assigned tasks.
. Download and manage documents from the Registry’s electronic portal.
. Provide scanned copies of documents and maintain digital filing systems.
. Update corporate logs and track outgoing jobs and filings.
. Ensure accurate scanning and filing of documents into the database.
. Deliver exceptional client service by upholding Trident’s values: responsiveness, attention to detail, personalized service, and reliability.
. Stay informed on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
. Maintain compliance with AML regulations, the AML Code, and internal policies
QUALIFICATION
. CAPE subjects with passing grades in CXC Math and English
. Five CXC Subject passes
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
. High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
. Proficiency in digital tools and document management systems.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
. Knowledge of or willingness to learn about AML regulations and financial services legislation in Nevis
REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package will be based upon the successful candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability of the position.
