THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented professional to join our established Nevis office. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the Operation Support Team and will report directly to the Operations Manager. This role helps maintain documentation, coordinate communications, and support the implementation of operational procedures.
This position involves maintaining accurate records, supporting communication between departments and vendors, assisting with scheduling and logistics, and helping to implement operational procedures. The Client Services Administrator is a key contributor to the team’s ability to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement across the organization. The position will be based in the Nevis Office.
DUTIES
. Queue all relevant documents within the relevant database needed by the Trident Nevis Departments as well as updating relevant documents in viewpoint.
. Update Corporate Income Tax (CIT-101) Portal and create client invoices for CIT-101
. Prepare and file CIT-101 hard copy files
. Manage client queries to completion.
. Assist with development and maintenance of procedures for Trident Nevis’s database system.
. Update Due Diligence including the filing of Originals in document manager.
. Efficiently complete Database Projects
. Provide support to internal clients
. Assist Operations Manager in preparing reports
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
. CAPE subjects with passing grades in Math and English
. Five CXC subject passes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. A degree in business administration or suitable experience.
. At least one year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
. Ability to function in high-pressure situations with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
. CIT-101 organizational and multitasking skills.
. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
. Time management – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
. Document management – Skilled in organizing, updating, and maintaining records and files
. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
. Discretion – Handles sensitive information with care and confidentiality
