We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing construction sites, coordinating crews, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Location: St. Kitts and Nevis
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: Competitive wage based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities

- Lead and manage labor crews, subcontractors, and site operations

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards

- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide work

- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control

- Communicate daily with project managers and site teams

- Maintain site logs, materials tracking, and daily reports

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to job sites

- Safety training is an asset
