The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 70 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.

REPORTS TO: The Board of Directors
JOB SUMMARY:
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company’s objectives are met by implementing business strategies, improving processes, managing staff, and driving growth. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills to ensure all departments operate smoothly and effectively.
The office is based in St. Kitts and Nevis and requires frequent client related travel across the Caribbean / CARICOM region.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Formulation of strategic plans for the company as it relates to operations and oversee the planning of short- and long-term projects, budgets, schedules, and manpower for the area under management.
• Develops, for the Board’s approval, strategic direction and positioning to ensure the Company’s profitable growth and success. Ensure the Company has sound operating plans to meet goals and objectives as agreed with the Board.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase efficiency, and meet business objectives.
• Lead and inspire teams, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, ensuring budgets and forecasts are adhered to.
• Foster relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Prepares and presents reports to the Board of Directors and Board Committee (s) as required

REGULAR HOURS OF WORK
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, plus 7 years senior management experience, or
• Degree in Business Administration plus 10 years senior management experience
• Knowledge of the Card Processing Operations would be an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Experience in Project Management would be an asset
SALARY
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
